Exceptional personal performance

Founded by Dr Adrian Britten, our coaching is tailored to the unique situation of each individual and their organisation. Flexible and rapid, it addresses the leadership and technical skills that are vital for success. We work with business leaders, senior executives, line management and high potential individuals. There are broadly three situations where we add significant value: leadership: where we help develop and refine authentic leadership behaviour; performance: where we help people overcome personal and work obstacles; development: where we work with a broader agenda of usually complex and often more personal issues. Reporented on the national committee of the British Psychological Society's coaching psychology group we work to the BPS' professional code, perhaps the highest standards available in the coaching arena.
