However, as a brand alignment programme unfurls it's quite common for some people to find it doesn't sit comfortably. Sometimes it jars with their own views on life, work, the universe etc. After all, the world they were part of at work has developed and evolved.

This is where our coaching expertise is invaluable. We can provide individual coaching support where it is would be beneficial to key people. Helping them to work within their own frame of reference in relation to the brand promise and its impact on them. Sometimes this works effectively when it dovetails with your existing coaching provision.
