How visible and credible are the leadership team? Despite what some may think, people like to know who's steering the ship and that they know where they're going.
Is it clear what you're in business for and how people can contribute? This one's a key determinant of employee engagement. Maybe the top team have a view but our interventions tend to be about making sure everyone knows the purpose and strategy. Sometimes this can be about making your brand clear inside your organisation. However it's configured, the most important part is the link to each and every person. Grand statements and beautiful communications have little business impact if they don't enable each person to see how they fit in and contribute. Only by helping each person make this link will business performance be improved.
Communications
Here we're talking about your internal communications function and its effectiveness. Our interventions are about transforming your internal communications into an integral contributor to your business performance. Properly organised and executed, internal comms is an enabler of great performance. Badly done it's a net contributor to disengaged employees.
