Our questionnaire is short; it was developed by psychologists and business people together. It reliably and robustly measures the engagement in your organisation. The results give a profile of engagement by team, function, location, level in the organisation etc and any demographics you need.
With some analytical whiz bangs we can go further and segment your employee base so you can better understand and quantify the issues you face. But this is only the first step in the process.
We also identify the features in your organisation that are drivers of engagement. For this we use a bank of tested questions and tailor this section to your needs.
