The term 'coaching' is now used to mean the application of psychologically focused techniques for life and business improvement. Broadly speaking there are three phases to our coaching engagements.

The timeframe? We go at the pace required to achieve the agreed outcomes. A pace agreed with both individual and organization. As a rough guide there are usually 6 to 8 sessions over a period of 6 to 12 months.
